UK Quiet Rack Delivery Options

When purchasing a Quiet Rack from us we do all that we can to ensure it is delivered, on time, with minimum disruption and fuss.

We offer three delivery options: kerbside, 2-man sited and on-site build. Generally, all of our soundproofed cabinets are shipped fully assembled and ready to use.

Due to the size and weight of quiet rack-mount cabinets many of our clients choose for their rack to be delivered and sited at the point of use.

When a cabinet is to be delivered and positioned we partner with Relay Technical Transport, a market leader in the handling and distribution of specialist IT equipment.

Their fleet of 'Air Ride' suspension Mercedes-Benz vehicles are fully equipped with load locking systems, tail-lifts and on-board specialist handling equipment to ensure the safe transit of valuable assets.

Positioning Your Quiet Rack Cabinet

Relay's delivery crews are expert in delivering to awkward sites – with their help we will project manage the assignment from beginning to end, overcoming tight staircases and difficult access points without damaging the equipment in our charge.

Track Your Delivery

Track and trace systems are installed on every Relay vehicle. This means that Acousti Products can provide you with accurate, real-time, updates on the delivery of your quiet rack cabinet.

Proof of Delivery

Particularly of benefit to our Channel Partners is our ability to provide instant proof that a delivery has arrived safely, including time of delivery, confirmation that goods are undamaged and an electronic signature of receipt.

Timed Deliveries

For a small additional cost you can specify the time at which your cabinet will be delivered.

On-site Build

When the delivery of an assembled cabinet is not possible we will arrange for the cabinet to be delivered and assembled on-site by a trained engineer.
